M150, a major player in the power drink market in Thailand chose emPad for their nationwide 2004/2005 promotion tour featuring a string of acts from the Grammy records artist stable.

Starting early November , the tour alternates Thai rock bands and the ever popular Look Thung stars. Look Thung is an exciting local music genre that has been developing for several decades now and continues to draw big crowds.

LEO sound operating out of Bangkok took out the system on the 3 month, 100+ show dates tour starting early November 2004. The crowds are between 5,000 to 10,000 per show and so far has been a very satisfying experience for the LEO crew and the GRAMMY foh engineers alike. The system consists of 12 pcs emPad CC35 configured in a 2 x 6 line array. An additional 4 pcs B315 low cabinets are sometimes flown with the main system, sometimes they are stacked. It takes the experienced LEO touring engineers 20 minutes per side to fly and connect the system, ready to go. Mr. Too Leo, the owner of LEO sound comments: "Unlike last year, we got it right from the first show and get very consistent results, much to the liking of the numerous visiting engineers. Our engineers got trained properly by the supplier and despite we had never operated a flying system nor a line array, setting up as well as tuning the system is a breeze. We are now confidently looking forward to our company's future development based on the emPad touring systems.

We at emPad are happy to be part of our client's success and hope we can assist LEO sound further down the road.
